[Room Description] Mithril Hall

There is a floor in Mithril Hall that is a Circular hall (this is the floor where you respawn after death) with 11 single rooms that branch off of it. 9 of these rooms are shops, taverns, banks, and guilds. But one of these rooms (the most north west of them) has a down that duergar every so often pop up through. Its the only dangerous room on the floor.

Would it be possible to put a warning in red before that room. Its a bit shocking to think you are in a safe area and have a duergar warrior jump up from the lower floor and beat the snot out of you.

Can you have an imm give you the number (vnum) of this room? You can use "ask" to see if an imm has time to come and help you with this. That would make it easier for me to add the sign or make it so that duergars don't come there.

Any MH player knows this area (and likely died there at least once). Always wondered why it was right off the "shopping strip". I marked it up to 'advanced character risks' and went on with my merry day. But now that its out....

Actually I was the OP of this thread. I just mailed out an email to the builders:
In Mithril Hall, there is a circular hallway with 11 connecting rooms. 10 of these rooms are safe, shops or guilds. One of them, (VNUM 6575) a room only 2 rooms away from the recall point for beginning dwarves, has Duergar Miners and Duergar Fighters that enter it from the room below. These are very hard mobiles for a brand new dwarf. To make matters worse, the room (VNUM 6575) is right off the shopping district. Nearly all new dwarves die accidently stummbling into the room and thinking they are still in a safe district.

I would like to suggest a sign be posted with red text in the room before this dangerous room (VNUM 6704) cautioning characters and players about the danger to the west.

I thank you for your time, and appreciate your efforts. You builders are doing a fantastic job, keep up the good work!
