Item layer and spelling error

I bought this item in the Selune temple in Tantras and personally I think perhaps it should be worn loosely. If I recall correctly, mantles were normally a loose, cloak like garment. So I'd think a loose layer would be logical. Also there is a spelling error in the exam 'Startstone' should be Starstone.
