I seem to recall that quivers, sheaths, scabbards etc should be repairable by any NPC who is set to repair containers.
There are certainly repairers of that nature available in game and one in Waterdeep actually says that he repairs containers. Unless the item is made of an unusual material, it should be possible to fix.

Just to let you know, that certain one in Waterdeep doesn't repair even a plain leather quiver. Yes its container but its a different item type in code.

I thought I had added some scabbard repairers recently, in Berdusk (?).

You did Dalvyn, but it loosk as though Japcil is right and the repairer needs to be able to repair specifically ITEM_TYPE_QUIVER

Yes, quivers and containers are different object types, which is why I set a special quiver repairer in Berdusk

You are, of course, right.
The repairer I modified was set to be able to repair sheaths, not quivers. After next area update, he will repair both sheaths AND quivers. And yes, he's in Berdusk, and he could be nicknamed Stormforest.
