Vials and pools of blood

I was curious and thought this would be a cool thing. I just found out you can fill things up with blood from the pools of blood. If someone was to buy flasks or vials and filled them you'd think it would let it work as the spell component vials of blood. My suggestion was is it possible that when you fill a flask or vial with blood it'd change it to the component vials of blood?

Random chance of vials of blood being created after killing certain mobs in game already, fyi. Those flying bat-things in many woode areas (too tired, what are their names?) spring to mind.

I know but making a vial of blood with an empty vial + blood would make sense and knowing many wizards it's a pain to obtain vials of blood at times...and it would make sense a wizard and others could harvest it by making vials of blood with ..blood..and vials. Mmm. I think Stirges are mosquitto like bat bugs >.>

Correct. Stirges are big mosquito-like creatures that sting people and suck blood out of them. That's why you can find fresh blood from them.
