[FEAT] Weapon Specialization

Post by Alvirin » Tue Sep 04, 2007 12:01 pm

Choose one type of weapon for which you have already selected the Weapon Focus feat. You deal extra damage when using this weapon.

Prerequisites

Proficiency with selected weapon, Weapon Focus with selected weapon, fighter class

I think that this feat unique to fighters could make them a bit more special than they current are

Agreed! Just like I wish rangers and thieves had a Improved two weapon fighting or greater..to give a second attack with the offhand!

Actually.. if you consider the current bug where a ranger dual wielding gets six attacks, not five, I think we could actually consider them as having the improved two-weapon ability already

Thieves aren't as good at combat skills as rangers. Rangers not as good as fighters.

I like this feat. Simple and to the point. Just what fighters enjoy.

I know thieves aren't as good at fighting but i was referring to the feat which would just give an extra attack around. Sorta emulates the rangers bug getting two attacks with there offhand right now. Although to me any class could grow to take down another class it's all about the way you are..look at Artemis of course if I am correct he took some classes in fighter along with rogue >.>

A while back, there was an enhanced damage skill. That was removed..
