), largely due to my only faithed character not feeling a need to disguise who he follows, but I was just recently thinking on the topic of concealing symbols of faith. When someone conceals their symbol, it blatantly displays the echo 'Someone furtively conceals a pink furry dice amulet' or something along those lines. If it was so furtive, would passers by necessarily even notice the character concealing their amulet, let alone notice what was on it? Obviously such actions would be suspicious, and would warrant a line of questioning if anyone nearby felt the need, but I'm of the opinion that it would serve characters well to not openly display their faith every time they hide their symbol. Perhaps the echo 'Someone furtively conceals an amulet' would do better?
Obviously there must be a reason for the current system to have been chosen or else it would not exist, but I was simply wondering whether it was entirely necessary.
