Sustain

Conjuration (Healing)
Range: Touch
Target: Defensive
Syntax:  cast sustain <target>
 
Sustain will negate the hunger and thirst of the selected target, and extend
the time that they can survive without food or drink; the duration of this
is determined by the skill of the caster.
