Reduce Animal

Transmutation
Range: Close
Target: Noncombat
Syntax:  cast 'reduce animal' <target> 

This spell causes the target to shrink in size and weight. It grants 
them dexterity while reducing strength and constitution. It will reduce 
a character one size category, ie small to tiny, medium to small.
