Syntax: cast 'dominate monster' <target>
Dominate Monster does not have any race restrictions and is the strongest
of the domination spells. This spell will work on animals. It will not,
however, work on (semi-)civilized humanoids (such as elves, orcs, and
other player races): these require the Dominate Person spell.
