Divorce

Divorces are now generally handled without Imm involvement or intervention,
by consent of those involved, roleplayed out ICly.  

If your spouse has not been active in-game and shows no sign of returning
after roughly a real life year, you may divorce the character in question
unilaterally, if you desire.
