This feat would allow you to cast spells while shapechanged or polymorphed into a form that normally would not allow you to.

It would really just be a roleplay feat since I don't think that anything is stopping you from doing this atm but your own conscious.

This feat is more than just an RP feat, the polymorph spell does block you from casting spells in many forms.
