Thank you, and hopefully these were actually bugs!

I was actually in the process of updating the supplicated object in question. That should fix itself.

I have also updated the quest you mentioned; it will now resize the reward to the recipient. This will require the staff to follow up with you.

Changes will go live upon next copyover.

Sizes adjusted for the two quest items on the PC in question. Moving to resolved!
