The guy, according to his captions and the way his store looks, should sell grain - and last time I was at his shop in Menzo, sell grain and bread and other foods he did. Now, however, his list is this:

And here I really need to find someone who sells food...

Large bags of corn, oats, and other grains stand along the walls.
A huge grindstone works in the eastern half of the cavern, powered
by the stream of an underground waterfall somewhere in the distance.
A large opening in the eastern wall leads to the street.

It seems rather clear to me this is a pet grain place. Maybe the description could use a tweak, but this is not a bug.

He might be selling harnesses too, but the point stands - he used to sell food and now he doesn't. And Menzo really needs a decent food seller
