I think it'd be swell if we could fill water skins at places other than pools and springs.

Perhaps make the rooms as rivers have an item that says cool fresh water runs here.

Yeah, probably just adding a bunch of springs next to rivers or lakes...or spings, would effectively solve this. Bellayana is smart.
