Seconded!

I have always wanted to play a kobold skald.

Re: Familiars and Quality of Life

What issues have you run into in the past, Yemin? I'd like to see the familiar as a wizard-specific extension to pets. In its simplest form, a cantrip or 1st-level spell to dismiss or summon a familiar pet; perhaps also a bonding ritual, performed by an NPC, to limit the spell to a single pet at a t...

Re: Familiars and Quality of Life

That is true, and I love the variety of familiars the pet system allows.

Familiars and Quality of Life

Proposal: I think that familiars would see more use for RP if they could be dismissed and resummoned, like a paladin's mount. One of the persistent problems with familiars is you can't take them outside, for fear that a passing bandit will casually murder them; this leaves them stuck in whatever tow...

Re: Player Status

I'll second the vote for TinTin++. There was a handy config file floating around here a while ago to log in automatically and set up logging separately for each character; if you can't find it from searching the forum, I'll post mine.

Dismiss from another room

Cliff-Lined Pass N-The Great Gray S-Cliff-Lined Pas Tall cliffs flank both sides of this grassy passage which runs a north- south path through the hills. To the north, a barren landscape seems to open up. The trees begin to increase as the pass continues to the south where a tall lighthouse stands ...

Re: Market wards

A facet of the reason I also started this thread is partly that the MKC due to game culture has become a central meeting place. Part of the environment there is not really condusive to what the room is being used for... It isn't normally where people would usually meet to talk for long stretches of...

Re: Market wards

Woohoo! I've been hoping to hear from more. :D Although I'm still disappointed not to see anyone answer my point about alternative behavior (i.e., walking out of the room and back when you're done doing your wizardly business) making no less spam for others. If you're only casting one spell, that's...

The one time this happened to me in the market, "aid" came to the rescue.

Unable to flee while on nofight

I had absent-mindedly left combatmode nofight on after a previous endeavor, and found myself unable to flee from combat as a result. This seems like a bug to me. (Specific mobs censored, but I'll give details in PM if needed.) The [Evil Badguy] approaches you and prepares to engage you in combat! fl...

Someday I want to play a kobold bard who thinks he's a failed sorcerer. Unfortunately my tabletop DM is racist against kobolds.

Re: Color Code Editor

There are indeed four main buttons: foreground color, background color, export, and export (escaped). A lot of ascii art includes backslashes ("\"), which, on my game client, disappear (or do weird things) when pasted directly. To actually write a backslash on a piece of parchment (for example), I h...

Does Crippling Strike stack? Perhaps it could remove one "instance" per cast?

Color Code Editor

Hi everyone, I slapped together a basic color code editor for some building and thought I'd share: https://glitchassassin.github.io/fk-ascii-editor/ You can export to copy/paste into a text editor (for building, books, paintings, etc.) or export with escaped backslashes to copy/paste directly into a...

More Wounds Closing Issues

I am noticing the "Your wounds quickly start to close" message on a goblin char today, and this time it seems to be accompanied by increased regeneration every tick or so. I think this is new?
