PICNIC!

A picnic will be thrown at the temple of Tymora in Silverymoon at this date and time. Drenn Gavin has recently completed his quest to join the Tymoran faith and wishes to invite first of all Lirith and Dovan, who principally helped him upon his quest; secondly, any other Tymoran; and thirdly, anyone...

Re: New Races for Skullport

Svirfneblins(or deep gnomes) are in game, it seems. But the help file says they're generally good creatures despite living in the Underdark.

Re: Dwellings - Unpersonalised?

[*] I think these dwellings should be susceptible to burglaries. I don't think it should be as simple as a character casually walking in, but I think the opportunity for thieving should be there. I think a 'fun' way to handle this then would be to have a program set up to trigger if someone enters ...

Taking the summer off?

I've come to the conclusion that, in general, I can't really play much if at all during the summer. In the fall, winter, and spring, I'm at school and have high-speed Internet, but at home I don't. It's too laggy to do much of anything, let alone roleplay. So I guess my question is, is it a problem ...

[SKILL] Eavesdrop

I was thinking the other day, and it occurred to me that it would be nice if thieves--and possibly other classes as well--had an "eavesdrop" command to listen to conversations in other rooms. Depending on the eavesdropper's skill and the eavesdrop-ee's wisdom stat, the eavesdropee may or may not not...

Re: Midnight Madness Ball

Grenwyn will try to make it, but as it's pretty late Sunday night over here I can't make any guarantees as to how long he'll be able to stay if he's able to come at all. We'll have to see a little closer to the date.

Re: PC merchants, availability of goods

Honestly, if such were possible a sensible merchanting move would be to create a zoo or whatever to breed the necessary creatures as fast as possible for their components. Only now I have entertaining visions of escaped minotaurs missing a horn roaming the streets of Waterdeep... Didn't they try th...

Re: Wands/Staves

I can just imagine the conversation... Drenn wields a wand of disintegration. Drenn says "Don't move or I'll disintegrate you! And when this thing disintegrates, it REALLY disintegrates! A small goblin moves. Drenn points the wand of disintegration at A small goblin. It blows up in his face! Drenn s...

Re: Inappropriate darkness

This also occurred in the vacant lot just opposite of Willy's shop on Warrior's Way in Waterdeep. I had a traveller's light(two at one point) and I couldn't see a thing. It went away in a minute or so though.

So what's the point again? I'm seeing floating lights that change color. Is there something I'm missing?

Miss Savannah/Mithril Rats RP

I don't know who the imm that is doing this RP is, so thats my first question. My second question is, when were you planning on continuing it?

I don't mean to sound rude or impatient, I'd just like to know.

Thank you,
Grenwyn
