Also, I just went down the invoker's, mage's, and transmuter's lists and mowed in "Yes," but are any of those combinations going to be alignment-restricted?

AFAIK any alignment/race can be a mage.

Invokers and Transmuters can technically have any alignment, but as of now no races that are only evil alignments can become those, since the current guilds cannot be accessed by evils (except for TN --> evil swaps).

Race restriction has been removed from bards entirely. This I can confirm, though I'm at a loss to find the specific thread, it was one posted when the new character creation and races were put in.

Ah, nifty! However, do the available training locales restrict alignments, or can there be drow bards and the like?

I know there is a gnome bardic college in the works...but that doesn't mean gnomes can't use the available schools, right?
